Available for individuals who wish to have their horse or pony in an individualized training program. This includes starting young horses/ponies and improving horses/ponies of all ages.

  • Training board includes all amenities and services included in full-care board

  • Training board also includes a daily training program agreed upon by owner/trainer

Sales Board

Available for individuals who wish to have their horse or pony represented, marketed, trained, and sold/leased by Mill Pond Farm.

  • Sales board includes all amenities and services included in full-care board

  • Sales board also includes a full training program agreed upon by seller/lessor

  • Sales board also includes marketing, advertising, trials, negotiations, and attendance at pre-purchase vet appointments

  • Mill Pond Farm charges 15% on any sale, lease, or purchase
